Reservations:
There are two ways to reserve your stay at the Twisted Willow cottage:
1. Send an email to twistedwillowinn@aol.com with 'reservation' in the subject line. Include your name, address, phone number, best time to contact you and the dates you would like to book (Be sure to check the availability calendar). We will contact you to complete the reservation.
2. If you do not have access to email or would prefer to speak with us, you may call us at 707-235-0135.
Terms
To secure your desired dates, payment of half the rental fee & a $200 security deposit are required at the time of booking. The balance of the rental and cleaning fees are due 14 days prior to check-in
Reservations made fewer than 30 days prior to arrival will require payment in full at the time of booking.
There is a $50 cancellation fee for all cancellations with 21 day notice. No refund will be issued for cancellations with fewer than 21 days notice.
The security deposit will be promptly refunded provided there is no damage/property loss or excessive cleaning required.
